At SRSS ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we value your trust and aim to provide you with high-quality fragrance, dhoop, and agarbatti products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/video of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

3. Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If eligible, a return pickup will be arranged from your address.

  • In areas where pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item.

  • Shipping charges for self-return will be reimbursed only for verified damaged/incorrect items.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

  • In case the product does not pass quality checks, the refund request may be rejected.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased under clearance or special discount offers


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • In case of successful cancellation, the refund is processed within 3–5 working days.
